I’ve never sung so low before. Seriously. Wait til you hear “Deep Waters”. I’ve been hard at work with producer and co-writer Colin Devlin on my new cd for Blue Élan Records. At first, “Deep Waters” was to be a 5-song EP, but at our listening party a couple weeks ago, I guess they liked what they heard because we were told to “go finish the record.” So, I’ve been feverishly writing and trying to get 5 more songs to record in between tour stops. All the while, I’ve been responsible for selling over $1,000 worth of Girl Scout Cookies. Email me if you would like some – Perry and Jette still have a few boxes of Thin Mints and Samoas. Yes, I live a dual life.

Actually, it’s more than a dual life. I have another role as Ambassador to BreastCancer.org, and in that capacity, I sang the National Anthem and “Old Dreams” from CURVE at the UCLA Women’s Basketball game last week. Check out me and Ali Handal on the Jumbotron!
Ali and I hit the road in two weeks. We’ll be in the Midwest for a show at Shank Hall in Milwaukee, City Winery in Chicago, and a few home invasions in Wabash, Indiana and Dayton, Ohio. Be sure to track me at bandsintown.com. Thanks for checking in. ~ I’ll update you again soon.
XO,
